The finest Zambian coffee is grown in the northern district of the Muchinga Mountains within the regions of Nakonde, Isoka and Kasama and near the vicinity of the capital city of Lusaka.
Some estate coffees from Eastern Zambia appear in the North American specialty market. The most prominent are Terranova and Kapinga.
They tend toward the softer, less acidy version of the African Coffee. |
